BMF - BIB SYSTEM
Every member is allocated a bib colour to reflect their current level of fitness. Therefore, instruction is adjusted to meet each members' ability. Bib colours :
BLUES - BEGINNERS 🟦
RED - INTERMEDIATE 🟥
GREENS - ADVANCE 🟩
MILITARYFIT
Military Fit is based on the latest military fitness exercises. It pushes members to their limits. 60 minutes.
HIIT
HIIT (High Impact Interval Training) uses explosive resistance training. Ideal for fat loss and aerobic fitness. 45 minutes.
STRONG
Strong focuses on strength. Lift, push and pull weight to achieve all round fitness. Great addition to our HIIT and Military Fit classes. 45 minutes.
